Nextel Chatflow gets triggered through Keywords that you set in the Chatflow. Keywords can be single or multiple words or phrases that you think user would send your Business on WhatsApp.
With Nextel Chatflow, you can create chat automations based on keyword matching.
The Chatflow will run reply rules based on the following –
- is Exact Keyword Matching, the bot will only reply is User message exactly match the Keyword set
- contains Keyword Matching, the bot will reply even if the User message contains the Keyword set
You can also set emojis, special characters as your Keyword! Note that you can add only 10 keywords in one Chat block and set upto 200 keywords in our Nextel nurture plan, and up to 500 keywords in our growth plan.
