Appeal Template Rejection

If your template is getting rejected by Meta due to any reason which you think is not correct, then you can appeal this rejection from your dashboard.

Step 1. Click on Template from the main left hand menu

Step 2. From the list of templates visible you can see your rejected template, choose appeal

Step 3. This will open WhatsApp manager dashboard, here you can choose Rejected messages templates.

Step 4. Select your template, and click on Request review .

Step 5. From the popup window, select all applicable appeal reason and you can add a description to this appeal. Click on submit to successfully register your template rejection appeal.

Post your appeal is submitted, you can view the template update status on the dashboard template page. You also get an email notification from meta on the decision made.
