    • Phone Tracking: By deploying the Nextel tracker application on a phone, all the incoming, outgoing and missed calls can be tracked and directly be saved on the dashboard along with enrichment.
    • Import:Data can be obtained by importing an Excel or CSV sheet and mapping it with dashboard attributes.
    • WhatsApp Contacts: User who are interacting with you on WhatsApp.
  2. Facebook Audience: Facebook Audience is the audience that is connected to the facebook page of the business. It can be either the people who Like or Follow the page and the people who are Friends with the people who Like or Follow the page.

How to engage of Facebook/ Instagram?

  1. Visit Ads on the dashboard, click on it.


  2. The screen will show list of your previous Ads, if any, and option to Create New Ad. If you haven’t connected your Facebook Page and Ad account, please check: Connect Facebook Page & Ad Account
  3. To create a new ad campaign click on Create New Ad

  4. Select the Campaign objective from Branding: Reach, Engagement, Video views, Awareness; Generate: Traffic, Leads, Phone Calls, Messages; Conversion.


  5. Choose your Creative type from: Boosting Post, Single Image Ad, Carousel Ad, Slide Show, Video.
  6. Choose the Post if its already posted on your Facebook or Instagram Page, or you may create a new creative.
  7. Choose your audience by selecting Leads/Customers/All under the Audience tab



    -> apply the desired rule/rules (depending upon the attributes assigned to the audience)





    -> match the rules by selection Match All/Match Any and click on Done on the right top corner.


  8. You may add multiple audiences using the checkboxes, using this you can run the same ad on all your different audience. But remember, every new audience will create a new Ad-set in your Campaign and your Total campaign budget will be No. of audience options selected X mentioned budget.


  9. Add Total Budget and Duration to your campaign, your budget will be divided equally in the selected duration you selected. Your per day budget cannot be less than allowed budget for your Ad account.


  10. Select the platform to post the ad Facebook / Instagram or both and and click on Go Live.

Note: All the dimensions are set according to the standards set by Facebook.
