  1. Custom Audience: Custom Audience is the audience that is maintained over the dashboard by the business, which can be managed and updated as and when required. It can be updated by:
    • Phone Tracking: By deploying the Nextel tracker application on a phone, all the incoming, outgoing and missed calls can be tracked and directly be saved on the dashboard along with enrichment.
    • Import:Data can be obtained by importing an Excel or CSV sheet and mapping it with dashboard attributes.
    • Phone Contacts: The contacts saved in a phone which has Nextel application deployed can be uploaded on the dashboard.
  2. Facebook Audience: Facebook Audience is the audience that is connected to the facebook page of the business. It can be either the people who Like or Follow the page and the people who are Friends with the people who Like or Follow the page.

How to engage of Facebook/ Instagram?

  1. Visit Socialyzer on the dashboard, click on it.


  2. The screen shows the details of the business’s facebook and instagram page.
  3. To create a new engagement click on Create Ad



    ->click on Create New Ad.


  4. Select the post type and click on Done.


  5. Choose your audience by selecting Leads/Customers/All under  the Audience tab



    -> apply the desired rule/rules (depending upon the attributes assigned to the audience)







    -> match the rules by selection Match All/Match Any



    -> click on Done on the right top corner.


  6. You may add Booster Audience too (audience outside your database); it is payable -> click on Done once selected the number of people.


  7. Select an Objective for your ad, the types of objective vary from one type of ad to another -> click on Done.


  8. You can select a post that already exists on your facebook page



    or create a new ad -> click on Done.


  9. Set the Budget and Duration of the ad to be posted -> click on Done.


  10. Select the platform to post the ad Facebook / Instagram or both and and click on Go Live.

Note: All the dimensions are set according to the standards set by Facebook.
