Sending Emails

Nextel provides you with a feature of sending emails to potential leads to keep them well engaged with your business as and when required. These emails can be sent in bulk as well as to individuals. The emails can be created and sent manually as well as in an automated way.

Manual Email:

The following steps will help you obtain better insights about manual emails:

  1. Visit Engage on your dashboard and click on it.


  2. The screen shows the number of Sent, Scheduled, Failed and Drafts messages.
  3. To check for existing messages click on Sent/Scheduled/Failed/Drafts to get the details about each message based on the pre decided attributes (example Title, Date, Channel, etc.).


  4. To send Manual messages click on New Manual Message.


  5. Select your audience by selecting Leads/Customers/All under  the Audience tab



    -> apply the desired rule/rules (depending upon the attributes assigned to the audience)







    -> match the rules by selection Match All/Match Any



    -> click on Done on the right top corner.


  6. Select the channel Email-> click on Done.


  7. Write your email in the given space-> click on Done.


  8. Set the date and time at which the email should be delivered-> click on Done.


  9. Click on Go Live to send the email.


Note: Scheduled messages have a fixed time and date at which they will be sent or go live. All emails and SMS are stored under the category message with tags.

Auto Email:

The following steps will help you obtain insights about auto emails:

  1. Visit Engage on your dashboard and click on it.


  2. Go to Auto Messages and click on it.


  3. The screen shows the number of Live, Paused, Stop and Drafts messages.
  4. To check for existing messages click on Live/Paused/Stop /Drafts to get the details about each message based on the pre decided attributes (example Title, Date, Channel, etc.).


  5. To send auto messages click on New Auto Message.


  6. Select your audience by selecting Leads/Customers/All under the Audience tab



    -> apply the desired rule/rules(depending upon the attributes assigned to the audience)







    -> match the rules by selection Match All/Match Any



    -> click on Done on the right top corner.


  7. Select the channel Email-> click on Done.


  8. Write your email in the given space-> click on Done.


  9. Set a stop date and time for stopping the delivery of auto email.


  10. Set the hours and days of the week at which the emails should be sent.


  11. Set the number of days after which the email should be sent repetitively.


  12. Click on Go Live to send the email.

Note: Steps 5.d., 5.e. and 5.f. mentioned above are optional.

To Check for Message Insights:

Visit Engage -> go to Insight.
You can refer to Manual Message Insights, which are the statistics of all the Manual Messages sent on a timeline.



You can also refer to the Auto Message Insights, which are a statistics of the Auto Messages sent on a timeline.



Through the insights you can keep a check on the number of messages being send and when.

To buy new Emails:

Visit Settings on the dashboard-> click on App Settings-> go to Email Settings-> click on Add EMAIL-> you will be directed to a payment page-> fill the payment details and complete the payment process.
