Create repetition in Auto Campaign
Auto campaign messages are sent only once to a user. So even in case where the same user matches the condition again, the message won’t be sent.
In cases, where you want to send message to same user when the user matches the condition again then you need to use Repetition feature in the auto Campaign.
Here you can set the minimum duration after which you want the system to check the condition for the same user.
For e.g. you want to sent a WhatsApp Message to the user whose calls were missed for the day but do not want to send on every missed call on same day, then you can put a repeat days duration of 1.
